Waking up at 7:00 AM, 15 minutes to fall asleep, working backward to find a bedtime.

7:00 AM is 420 minutes after midnight. Subtracting 15 minutes to fall asleep and 6 hours (360 minutes) for 4 cycles lands on 45 minutes after midnight, or 12:45 AM. Subtracting 7.5 hours (450 minutes) for 5 cycles wraps to 11:15 PM the night before. Subtracting 9 hours (540 minutes) for 6 cycles lands on 9:45 PM. All three bedtimes lead to waking at 7:00 AM after a whole number of complete cycles.

This tool works from whole cycle counts and clock time, though, not from tracking or predicting your individual REM stages, which would need actual sleep monitoring to measure.
