Calci doesn't have a contact form. The site is fully static with no backend to receive form submissions, so the only way to reach it is by email:

What to email about

Corrections. If a formula, a cited source, or a figure on any calculator looks wrong or out of date, this is the most useful thing to email about. Say which calculator and what looks off, and it will be checked against the source.
Bugs. Anything on the site not working as expected in your browser.
Anything else. General questions or feedback about the site.
